Returns and exchanges

What you can return

• Any device within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Devices that have been installed can be returned if they are undamaged and reset to factory settings.
• Firmware, documentation and digital services are not returnable.

How it works

• Contact us with your order number. We'll email a prepaid return label.
• Pack the device and drop it off. Returns are free in the United States.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the device arriving.

Faulty devices

A device that fails within the warranty period is handled under the warranty policy, not as a return. Register it first so we can look up the purchase.
